Submissions are stored in our CMS until manually deleted. Access is restricted to authorized administrators and forms managers. Notifications sent through Resend contain only a protected link, not your inquiry details. Our website uses Vercel hosting and Neon database storage.

An IP-derived HMAC, rather than the raw IP address, is stored with submissions to limit spam. Authentication cookies are used for administrator access and preview sessions.
